BHARGAV SUTAPALLI

Platform • SRE • Automation • AI

I'm Bhargav – engineer, learner, and cricket lover.

I work in Platform / SRE, focusing on reliability, automation and observability across cloud and Kubernetes / OpenShift environments. I'm gradually moving towards an Applied AI platform engineer path, using my AI & ML background to explore where intelligent automation can genuinely help with incidents, alerting and self-healing — without over-complicating things.

Transformation Journey

From being very thin to building strength, confidence and a healthier lifestyle over years of consistent work in the gym, food and daily habits.

Work

Platform & SRE

I've spent over a decade working on reliability, DR readiness and observability. I enjoy designing tools and automation that make deployments safer and day-to-day operations calmer for product teams.

Cricket

Earley Cricket Club 🇬🇧

I play for Earley Cricket Club and captain the mid-week team. Cricket keeps me active, competitive in a healthy way, and constantly learning about teamwork, mindset and handling pressure — lessons that carry into work and life as well.

Life

Family & health

I care a lot about long-term energy, not just short-term results. My wife, Kavya (healthcoachkavya), is a holistic health coach, and a lot of my lifestyle upgrades – food, routines, recovery – are influenced by learning from her and experimenting together.

Transformation

From very thin to stronger & healthier

I used to be really thin. It took years of consistent training, nutrition, and discipline to rebuild my body and mindset. Gym sessions, better food choices, and small daily habits slowly changed how I feel and show up.

This journey taught me that sustainable change is not about quick fixes – it's about patience, structure and support. A big part of that support has been Kavya's guidance as a health coach, and the environment we've created at home.
